On October 11, 2024, the EuroS@P-NWRSA partners met online to discuss the practical application of network-wide road safety assessment methods and the development of teaching materials.

The discussion addressed differences between national approaches, the availability of assessment data and the usefulness of risk classifications in identifying road sections requiring further attention. Partners considered how to present established practices alongside country-specific experience in the project’s courses.

The team also discussed completing the T2.3 report, preparing summaries of reactive and proactive methods, and developing conclusions and recommendations. Comparative exercises using existing methods were considered as a way to connect methodological knowledge with practical learning.

Further work concerned the integration of assessment approaches and consistent referencing across the report. The meeting helped define the steps needed to move from the methodological review to the preparation of educational resources
