From 18 to 20 March 2025, the EuroS@P project team held a three-day working meeting at Lund University to review progress within Work Package 2 (WP2) and begin planning for activities under Work Package 3 (WP3).

On February 5–6, the EuroS@P project team held an in-person meeting at TU Munich to advance the work within Work Package 2 (WP2) and initiate preparations for WP3.

The agenda began with progress updates and coordination, followed by in-depth work on Task 2.4, which focuses on finalising the methodology for an expert certification programme for Road Safety Professionals.

On December 13, the project team gathered for an online meeting to discuss key aspects of the project’s intellectual outputs, focusing on the development of course structures and chapter programs.

The agenda included a review of the EuroS@P initiative, assessing its current progress and defining the next steps.

From September 2nd to 5th, the project team gathered at the Gdańsk University of Technology (GUT) for a series of productive meetings.

The meeting began on September 3rd with a welcome session, followed by updates on all Work Packages (WP). Throughout the day, discussions were held on WP2, providing valuable insights into the progress of the project.

On September 4th, the team focused on detailed discussions regarding WP3 and WP4, which included a review of the project's assumptions and next steps. Special guests joined the meeting in the afternoon, offering additional perspectives and expertise.

In July, the project team held an online opening meeting at 12:00. The agenda included a detailed discussion on the project's intellectual outputs, with a particular focus on the development of courses and chapter programs. The team also reviewed the preliminary plan and set objectives for the upcoming meeting in Gdańsk, scheduled for September.
