Our online meeting focused on stakeholder analysis for the road safety project.

Key stakeholders include people, who play crucial roles in protocols and network safety assessments. It was agreed that an official letter should be sent to stakeholders outlining project details and invitations. Next we discussed about proactive assessment approach. It was highlighted that is Sweden, noting the digital road database and lack of reactive assessments due to low accident numbers. Italy is developing a new safety inspection procedure and plans to create a course for inspectors.

The team emphasized documenting stakeholder contacts and preparing a periodic report by the end of June.

The next meeting is set for the first week of September.
