January 15th

The meeting took place in Lund. We began the session with an overview of the project and introduced all the team members. This introduction was followed by a brief reminder of the project’s aim, our goals, and the meeting and training schedule.

Next, we covered implementation details, including work packages, and thoroughly discussed project management aspects, such as finance and reporting.

Finally, we concluded with a discussion on the work packages and tasks.
